  A HORROR They have all the elderly people waiting for hours and hours and they send them to self-service terminals with a level of technology that is extremely complex for older people to use!! So they go on a pilgrimage around the bank to see who can be willing and help them. It is so difficult to assign a person to help the elderly??? Not to mention that one takes an online shift and when he arrives at the branch he is tied to his times, that is, eternal. I appreciate the exceptional care of Mr. Mario Garay who treated me kindly and helped me. Everything else about this branch is a HORROR I hope this criticism is taken as constructive and they improve especially for older people. Thank you

  The first week of January I attended to manage a joint account, with a shift previously managed online. Despite having a turn, we had to take it out again upon entering. There was no one in the Bank. They attended to all who arrived and we waited. After 45 minutes of waiting, we left. lousy attention
