  Very small room, tiny bathroom, shower 1.7 m high (I'm 1.85 m), pool with cold water (heated?). I had to dry the bathroom. Good attention from the staff. I don't know who told them they were 4 stars!!!

  We went back to medamar because we had already been twice in previous years. The reality is that its quality and services have dropped a lot in every way. We rented a vip suite, in very poor condition. The bed was sunken in the middle and the pillows were as wide as a tracing sheet, we slept worse than ever. Services that did not work and supposedly provide: Wi-Fi (does not reach the rooms) Buffet breakfast (you have very few options, if you take care of your diet you can only eat toast with jam, there is no squeezed juice, and the fruit they offer you is practically rotten) The pool is not heated and the hydromassage does not work. The cleanliness of the room was almost nil, the bathroom was cleaned with a rag that left everything damp with a disgusting smell, in many places I found sand that was not even swept, never a clean smell. The refrigerator that they say has in the room does not cool anything. The shower in the bathroom was so covered with scale that it only came out of some holes with great force and pressure, making your bathroom torture, in addition to flooding the entire bathroom (there was no division) and after bathing you had to use the hairdryer and the rag to clean the bathroom if not you could not use it, nor Talk about the bathroom table coming off all the time and the hair dryer did not dry anything. Very disappointed in the experience, in our opinion they should drop a star. We will not go again.

  Excellent everything. We went for the two-bedroom. Comfortable mattresses, they were always cleaned. We had a problem with the fridge and they fixed it quickly. Very good game room and pool. Normal parking. Great breakfast, with everything. Excellent attention from all the staff

  OOOOOOO! IT IS NOT 4 STARS AS OFFERED. 1° We hired an apartment for 5 people and the hyper-small bathroom, the shower measures 60 cm. You bathe and it floods and steams up a horror. 2° the old mattresses. 3° the pool is not heated, it only has a jet of warm water. 4° the towels that they offer you for the pool and beach are given to you for free once and then they charge you. 5° the garage belongs to the hotel and they charge you for it, apart from being super uncomfortable to enter. 6° The breakfast is very simple too. 7 °pedi that they will change me to two smaller apartments and they wanted to charge me a plus, clearly it was not a solution for me. I had paid 30 days before the stay. I felt cheated and cheated because they offer things that later they don't give. Everything lacks maintenance. Look before you hire. The truth is that they ruined my long-awaited vacation apart from keeping my money. I know for the next one I'm going to open my eyes more.

  Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the room is super equipped, from can openers, pans, pots, electric kettle, microwave. The water in the shower comes out with very good pressure and warm. It has a pool and hydromassage that saved us on rainy days. The game room is super complete with books and toys and a huge interlocking rug. There is also pool, ping pong and shuffleboard. The breakfast is very good and the hours are super wide. Best of all is the attention. Everyone always has a smile and they solve any inconvenience. The only thing not so good is the wi-fi but it has to do with the provider.
