  The attention is lousy. whenever I can avoid it I do. They don't do home delivery. The information they give is always incomplete and when you arrive at the branch they change it so as not to deliver the shipments.

  They are inconsiderate. They NEVER answer the phone. And with the house call, they gently knock on the door and leave. They don't give you time to attend to them. I don't have a branch in my city, therefore I have to travel to pick up the package I ORDERED AT HOME! Shame

  Same as all the other comments. We had to suspend activities to wait for a passport. He has been on the street for more than two days, but they never brought him home, and if they did, they did not leave a notice. They do not answer the phone or WhatsApp. very bad service

  They lie the first visit, and the second! they do not come! You leave many things undone because in the follow-up it says that it is coming and they don't even show up and on top of that they say that they came and it's a lie. If I had to choose, I don't choose them.

  UNFORTUNATELY in some purchases, one cannot choose the Shipping Company, because if that were the case, they would NOT choose OCA, since they charge a home delivery service, which they do not comply with, they lie that they make the visits, they do not even bother to notify Go get the package. You track it, you call them and they don't answer you. DISAPPOINTED SERVICE.
