::By far they are the best logistics service I know of. Today I take the time to recognize their work and career because they deserve it. They are really the company with which I want all my shipments to arrive, it is always a pleasure to receive them! Especially for e-commerce, not only that they deliver in a timely manner (something that many logistics companies do not comply with) but also that they deliver the packages in record time, and in my case in Villa María, province of Córdoba, I have always had people very kind and responsible. Another item to highlight is that they provide a tracking of the pieces that is extremely practical and is updated in real time. In addition, I have always been able to contact the person in charge of the distribution that day, I have coordinated schedules and even changed the place of delivery; when I was not at home, they brought the package to where it was. Communication is essential, and Ocasa has always contacted me by cell phone, in addition to ringing the doorman, to coordinate the delivery. From my experience, I thank them very much for taking care of my packages, as well as the relationship with the client. My most sincere thanks!

::It's a shame that such a company has terrible customer service, if not zero because they NEVER answer the phone. People don't even spend calling because no one is going to answer them! On top of that, when the delivery men don't arrive on time to distribute everything, they mark it as if they visited your house and they never go, so you have to hang in there for two or three more days or go look for it at the shed. Some fools! But hey, we can't choose and that's exactly why they do what they want!

::On Tuesday they told me that my package would arrive at 6:00 p.m. I waited until 8:30 p.m. and when updating it said that they arrived at 8:09 p.m. and never did. Yesterday, Wednesday the 22nd, they also told me that they would arrive at 3:30 p.m. the package left for my house at 5:43 p.m. I see through the window a kangoo-type car full of free market packages and it drives by and doesn't even stop hitting your company is the worst and the employees don't even want to work. I hope they do something about it with their employees

::Voy a hacer un reclamo hasta hace un par de meses la entrega siempre fue perfecta yo hace más de 6 años que trabajó con MercadoLibre y nunca tuve un problema. desde hace un mes cambiaron de repartidor en mi zona y ya van dos pedidos consecutivos que lo devuelven porque dicen que no se encuentra la persona en el domicilio. Y es toda una mentira. Llaman por teléfono y si la persona no contesta en el acto siguen de largo y llevan la mercadería a Villa María. Por favor un poquito más de seriedad bajarse tocar timbre que la persona que recibe está siempre en casa por temas de enfermedad no puede movilizarse y dice que la persona no se encuentra en el domicilio Hay que ser un poco más serio. Yo vivo en un pueblo dónde le preguntas a un perro y sabe dónde vivís. Y ellos no pueden encontrar la dirección. Por favor a los directivos de Villa María con los repartidores ponerse un poquito las pilas. Va de onda Pero hay que ser un poquitito más serio en el trabajo.
