::The unsatisfactory shopping experience: I made my purchase and paid online (84 hamburgers, bread, dressings), choosing home delivery which, as the site indicates, is in 24 hours. Having passed that time, there was no news of my products. I contacted via WhatsApp (one of the means published on the site as a contact) to ask about the delivery time and they were not even able to respond. A couple of hours later I call and they tell me they didn't know if the delivery person had brought the order. Around 6:00 p.m. they call me saying that they were not going to deliver my order and that if I needed it I would pick it up in less than two hours because they were closing (I clarify that it was 7 blocks away, it was not a great distance for delivery). So at an event with almost forty people I had to find my means to pick up something that was supposed to be delivered and if I didn't call I don't know if they would notify me. In addition to that (of course, because it doesn't end there) when I went to pick it up, they put together my order and gave me half of the products. When I marked that 40 hamburgers, 40 buns and a dressing were missing, the person who was preparing it began to look in the freezer and exclaimed 'uf... it's the last one, how lucky you were because if you didn't I would owe you!' - I mean, I ran the risk of being given half of what I had ordered and paid for. The truth is that it is a shame because the products and prices are convenient but with such a lack of guarantee and commitment, there is no chance that I will risk going through the same thing again.

::A disaster! I call on Wednesday to ask if they open on Sunday and they tell me yes, specifying the time, which is the same as that shown on Google. I arrived on Sunday 04/17/22 at 09:30 a.m. at the premises and it was closed, I called and no one answered. Horrible the attention they provide, since they give false information. I had to go shopping elsewhere.
