  More than an hour waiting for an emergency of an elderly person. I had to go back to reception to remind them that there were people unattended. The staff were chatting and told me they "hadn't noticed." Bunch of useless.

  3 days in a row calling by phone to get a shift to 7 different interns. They do not attend. It is bad attention and waste of people's time. Being able to solve an issue without having to go to the place, and then go back.

  The service at the windows is very mediocre: reluctance, impatience, extremely bureaucratic. In times of digitization, they make older adults go 2 or 3 times for administrative procedures. There is no window for people with reduced mobility or post-operative, it is the same row of 15 people for everyone Poor older adults! how much disorganization and waste

  They present many delays in attention. The patient admission/admission sector has 2 counters, 3 people making an appearance and 1 working. We approached half an hour before the study, without people in front to be admitted and we have been waiting for more than 45 minutes. It is supposed to be a private service... The only valuable thing is the cleanliness in the sector

  Really depressing attention. I went personally, they told me it would be the first days of next month, they themselves gave me the phone number to ask for the shift, I'll call today. And they tell me, first of all, that they don't take turns on the phone. Second, that shifts were given only on Monday and that for this month there are no more shifts for De. Borovina. Really a shame, manipulation and total disinterest. Wait another month to get an appointment?? A shame...
