  DO NOT hire this prepaid. It used to be good but turned into a disaster. Priceless (75 lucas x family plan: 2 adults and a 3-year-old child). Plan that includes NOTHING. I end up paying everything separately because all the providers are leaving. I can't get a dental plate done because Dagu, Rossi, etc. stopped providing service to them and the Swiss Odonto center is collapsed. I just called a home doctor (first time in 3 years) and they gave me a 48-hour delay! They are thiefs. Next week I'll find out to go to Galeno or OSDE.

  IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TURNS. They do not take new patients and if they take, more than two months of delay. In the swiss centers THERE ARE NO PROFESSIONALS who attend. A disaster.

  I want to highlight and thank the pediatric medical staff. And the cleaning staff. Cintia, the girl on late shift with my son and my wife, was very kind. Since we had to call several times because my chubby was dirty a lot and he always did it with good predisposition.

  Good health care in high demand.Not enough room for pacient to seat. Perhaps a large auditorium with plenty of seats and screens for calling patients might do in the future.
