  The hotel need an update with average service. Great view of the lake.

  Staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. The problem was the distance to downtowm. It's not within a reasonable walk distance to the main avenue. The shuttle service helps but not a lot. It's frequency is low (one every one hour) and i doesn't work in the morning (only after 2:00 pm). I have to take severals taxis bcause of that.

  Correct and proper place, but nothing impressive. A bit conservative in terms of hospitality spirit, not friendly staff. Boring breakfast.

  Great hotel with all the services which you could think of and much more! The rooms are spacious with excellent views for most. The hotel's restaurant is excellent! We tried the cordero (lamb) for two at a decent 245 pesos. Spa, sauna, heated pools are all available and free for guests. Massages are paid for. There is a small gift shop. We did love the big fire place.
