  A disaster Andreani, they never answer the phone and neither do the claims. I never received the order from a month ago. I will file the corresponding complaint, I do not recommend them

  They called me and handed over to an authorized person, while I was Working. Everything impeccable. Polite and correct. Very satisfied.

  The phone number they put is attended by a virtual operator and says that I have 2 pending shipments and to speak with a representative they never answer, I go to the branch and they cannot enter the system with my document number. And they did NOT leave the visit notice at my home.
