::Without waiting for him to come out to attend, they left a notice in my old man's house. When he went to the branch to get the package, the man at the counter assured him to wait because they were going to send it back to him shortly. After more than a week, he went back to the post and the same man told him that the package had been returned to the Bank. Why? How? When? He gave no explanation or apology, just ignored it.
