  Mediocre hotel especially compared to others around and for the price. The hotel was not in the best condition. The pool was empty and being repaired. Nobody helped us take our bags to our rooms. The receptionists were nice though and helpful. The food was so so and breakfast was standard. The view and field in the back with the Andes backdrop was amazing but overall I would not stay here again.

  Auberge Du Vin is a maximum 3.5 star hotel. It should be re-branded as a standard Marriott or Marriot Courtyard. It’s nothing like other Auberge’s elsewhere in the world. Everything about this hotel (service, food, luxury, design, amenities, location, bed/pillows, comfort is 3 star). WiFi is nonexistent in the room and mediocre in the hotel lobby at best. Phone service is very spotty. The location is way off the beaten path compared to other hotels in the region. You can expect to drive a minimum of 30 minutes and in many cases one hour (and a portion of this drive is on a long dirt road) to go to wineries and restaurants. We came here specifically because it was the only hotel in the region next to a golf course (the hotel website says there’s golf on property). Upon arrival, we were told the golf course had been closed for two years! I’m not sure why they haven’t updated their website? This was a huge disappointment and simply false advertising by the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly, and we appreciate their great service (especially the breakfast staff and the front desk). If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the beautiful Mendoza region, this hotel is a good option for you. If you’re looking for five star luxury you are certainly better off at one of the other hotels in the area.

  Receptionist was quite belligerent when dealing with any of our queries, and applying her make up at her desk in the morning while guests were around. The pillow cases were not changed as I could see traces of make up and dust from our shoes was not cleaned off furniture. We had to wait a good 20 minutes for a Cosmopolitan to be made with the waitress reading ingredients and instructions from a book, it was an awful cocktail. Food was disgusting, frozen bread warmed in a microwave, empanadas burnt my tongue, and the lamb was a cube of meat, very odd and inedible.

  Absolutely beautiful hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Our room looked straight out into the vines and we could see the Andes. They helped us arrange a driver for our days out at the wineries and the location is remote enough to feel like a real retreat from everyday life but also close to some of the best wineries in the area! If you’re planning a trip to the region is highly suggest you check this hotel out. The free breakfast every morning was always delicious with house made pastries and even yogurt! Dinners and room service were also very yummy and the portions, like most places in Argentina, are very generous!

  Excellent Hotel, the location is in the middle of a grapes field, so you need to arrive by car. The room was big, clean and beatiful (it has a fire place, you can use for a romantic night). The view we had from our bed was more than amazing. The restaurant offers different type of delicious dishes (the best service we have found since we arrived to Argentina). If you want to leave your room, you can walk around and enjoy a few drinks in the bar, swim at the open pool, or just sit and relax in the terrace (second floor). All the employees are very friendly and they will make sure you have an amazing stay.
