  Mr Larreta, today I went to this branch, I wanted make an inquiry and they treated me horrible, I'm old but I handle the ATMs perfectly. Right from the start, without being able to explain anything, the receptionist told me take out your number and sit there with the tone of the old primary school teachers when they sent you to the address. They call my attention to I don't know what, without listening to my question he stops and takes me to the cashier. He bosses me around, like my wife (40 years married) mistreats me, and then another retiree asks her something, treats her the same way, and goes inside commenting "wow, what a day I have today" I understand, it's Monday but it's not people's fault if I don't satisfy them over the weekend. Or if their salary is not enough. I just wanted to ask if I can deposit with the cbu or account number, just that.

  Terrible attention from a blonde lady, she had to do something for the cashier and when I asked her, she answered very badly, also zero patience, especially with a retired woman who was before me. On the other hand, due to their policies, I have to do the process of activating the debit card to be able to withdraw the salary of a temporary job. If I am even going to use it, with a simple transfer to my account it is solved but no, they force me to have a service that I do not want. The worst thing is that they take time to get the money.
