  I would give it at least one more star if they weren't so stupid... They never answer you by phone and the answering machine gives you the options and when you press the one you want, it repeats the options again... On the other hand, personal attention is a disaster those of you box I don't know who they ate but they hardly raise their eyes to look at you, they have too many and they don't solve anything at all.

  State bank with good attention. The first time it takes a long time but it is worth waiting for.
