::Lousy lousy lousy. Going there has character of torture. Two hours to do any paperwork. Idle infrastructure and low efficiency.
Yamil Sepúlveda Pierini
::Beware of public attention! They want to make you sign and charge you for services you never asked for. I went to solve something about the card and the cashier wanted me to sign a piece of paper (which she gave me folded so that only the place where I had to sign could be seen) that would solve the procedure I went to do, I signed and before I handed him the paper by chance, and to be sure, I opened the page completely and it said something about "premium insurance" and a price!!. He wanted to make me take out insurance without having asked for it! (Because they earn a commission per sale) That's Robbery! He gave me several laps until I told him I didn't want insurance. So I crossed out my entire signature and handed the sheet back to him. And he got mad because he couldn't swindle me into hiring something I never asked for. A shame. And then they stop...

::communicating by phone is impossible. Three phone numbers so they don't answer any.

::One is going to ask for a solution and they tell you, we will give you this maintenance-free card and it turns out that, despite EXPRESSLY saying that you do not want insurance, they give you prepo insurance. It is the exact definition of "acting in bad faith"
Ruben Schefer
::Repeatedly tried all the phone numbers and possibilities of each. Nobody ever answered me. I definitely have to go to the bank anyway.
