  Substantial changes in attention. You are a number not a person. Bad and never personalized virtual attention. You must go to the branch, I couldn't because I was hospitalized. There were no exceptions and they did NOT fix a problem they CREATED.

  Although they have a beautiful place and friendly, cordial staff, the attention is very slow, I had to wait more than an hour and there were only two numbers before mine.
