  Yesterday, 01/17, my mother needed to do a paperwork at the register and they didn't let her in because she didn't have a VACCINATION CERTIFICATE. She is vaccinated, she is retired and a bank client, they make them line up in the sun and they ask her for this kind of nonsense when they are at the door. There is no one inside, there is a glass that separates the tellers from the customers. It seems a loaded and a violation of rights. Is everyone inside the bank vaccinated? stop playing with people

  The truth is that the customer service system is a disaster, you have a single person who serves you reluctantly and on top of it does not give you solutions to the problems, they blame themselves between the bank and branches heh .. As if the attention by phone (that of in case it is terrible with the telephone code .. Because without that nobody will attend you heh.) They will call you from another bank. Or nose, one says one thing the other another and so fix yourself ... Anyway, I would avoid this bank, I think you are doing a favor to the people who work in this branch. I don't put 0 star because I can't think 1 is too much. Avoid this bank and if you have no other luck depending on the mood of the staff ... Look for other alternatives, other banks, where they value customers ...
