::The truth is that the customer service system is a disaster, you have a single person who serves you reluctantly and on top of it does not give you solutions to the problems, they blame themselves between the bank and branches heh .. As if the attention by phone (that of in case it is terrible with the telephone code .. Because without that nobody will attend you heh.) They will call you from another bank. Or nose, one says one thing the other another and so fix yourself ... Anyway, I would avoid this bank, I think you are doing a favor to the people who work in this branch. I don't put 0 star because I can't think 1 is too much. Avoid this bank and if you have no other luck depending on the mood of the staff ... Look for other alternatives, other banks, where they value customers ...
