  2 hours in line to be attended by the cashier or the staff for inquiries. They treat you badly, they take their time to stop and have breakfast when they should have breakfast before arriving as in any job because by the time they arrive they should have already eaten. They give you laps they don't help you at all and the worst to withdraw the card 2.30 hours.

  Poor attention and poor organization waiting 2 hours for a simple laundering. The surveillance people let people they know pass, they let those who have a turn pass faster when since everything was opened it is no longer mandatory for them to attend to you. While the people who make the lines have to wait for hours. It is impudence and lack of respect towards the client, it is a mockery of them

  Lousy. 2 and a half hours inside the bank. Whoever had to call me got up and went to get soda and sweets, went to the back and did not come back. I left, a lack of respect, always the same. I'm changing my bank, and everyone talks very badly to people.
