  Unfortunately, for the people of La Plata who have to come to do some research on some topic, you have to stand in an endless queue because only one person attends to the public, there are hundreds of employees and they only pay attention to the public. I was waiting 25 minutes, I went to the place that they had to advise me about the card and I found another queue that was also for the cards and again only one person was there for 1 hour more and I left because I cannot lose so many hours of work. Well I try to call by phone and nothing, no phone is answered. Now I understand when they say that the country has thousands and thousands of public employees but the entities do not work . No one is ever going to put them to solve people's problems. They do not realize because they were never on the other side of the counter, any paperwork you need to do you can lose days of bureaucracy. They ignore us citizens. But that is if when the elections come, everyone promises solutions. I don't care if there is a state with many public employees, I just want PUBLIC institutions to function, NOTHING ELSE....🙄🤨

  Automatic debits appeared to me that I did not authorize, from Edelap. Edelap does not ask for any confirmation to make these debits, basically they upload any CBU on their page and debit you without any problem. I feel totally vulnerable and insecure with this savings account, I had to transfer all my funds to MercadoPago before more payments appear without my authorization.
