::Unfortunately, for the people of La Plata who have to come to do some research on some topic, you have to stand in an endless queue because only one person attends to the public, there are hundreds of employees and they only pay attention to the public. Well I try to call by phone and nothing, no phone is answered. Now I understand when they say that the country has thousands and thousands of public employees but the entities do not work . No one is ever going to put them to solve people's problems. They do not realize because they were never on the other side of the counter, any paperwork you need to do you can lose days of bureaucracy. They ignore us citizens. But that is if when the elections come, everyone promises solutions. I don't care if there is a state with many public employees, I just want PUBLIC institutions to function, NOTHING ELSE....🙄🤨
