::Since I opened my account in this branch I had nothing but problems. First to request that they increase the limit of the card (where the initial limit they gave me is 1/10 of my salary, where then they had me with back and forth for 1 year). These problems made me change banks, now BBVA is much better, and a month ago I've been asking them to cancel my account where the cheeky people continue to charge me maintenance. They pass the ball between the bank and branch, a disaster. If you are going to open an account in Santander, I do not recommend it, but if you have no other, do not go to this branch.

::You have to wait hours for them to attend to you, they have an employee for attention. And in the boxes of 5 only 2 enabled. This bank is lousy. Put more employees!!!
