  Since I opened my account in this branch I had nothing but problems. First to request that they increase the limit of the card (where the initial limit they gave me is 1/10 of my salary, where then they had me with back and forth for 1 year). These problems made me change banks, now BBVA is much better, and a month ago I've been asking them to cancel my account where the cheeky people continue to charge me maintenance. They pass the ball between the bank and branch, a disaster. If you are going to open an account in Santander, I do not recommend it, but if you have no other, do not go to this branch.

  You have to wait hours for them to attend to you, they have an employee for attention. And in the boxes of 5 only 2 enabled. This bank is lousy. Put more employees!!!

  I don't know whether to recommend this branch, there are few staff and they take a long time to serve you, no information, terrible service, if you're in a hurry don't come.
