  Very good attention from the security and kindness people. Very fast, orderly and clean and illuminated. Many ATMs and self-service all excellent. Few banks are in that way bad experiences !!!.

  My experience today (only today) at the pre-trip card window, etc... To an eighty-year-old man, the woman who "answers" him after explaining why his card was not there, says things like..."what part you did not understand" and things of that caliber, that's how almost everyone is, the one who directs the same, they are a disgrace, they have no respect or education or anything like that, at least if they were efficient but not even that, it's chaos, endless queues and employees scratching. I do not close my son's account because I want him to learn how things are not done, greetings.

  Decadent attention, employees having snacks and talking on the phone and do not attend to people. when they deign they attend badly and they don't solve anything for you. Incredible that they put inoperative in a bank. Much delay in any procedure in Lanus branch.
