  I want to point out that my father, who is older, and retired and is 80 years old, spent a terrible morning in this branch this Friday the 28th, he got stressed because not only did they put sticks in the wheel of the procedure he was going to do, but they did not comply with giving in place and shift by age, terrible experience today affects his health with his pressure. I hope they take the comment very seriously if they really care about strengthening their brand and take it to evolve and learn. The people who go to the bank are human beings, so don't forget them.

  I think it's like any other bank, there are days when there is no one and days with a queue in the street. I cannot particularly complain about the attention of the employees or the police to guide the movement of people.
