  Terrible attention. More than 30 minutes to be attended to because the customer service ladies were talking to each other. The service is unfortunate.

  How in all the banks in this country the service is somewhat slow in tellers, because there is only one teller. I don't understand why there are three checkouts if there is always only one cashier, which makes checkout service slow.
