  They don't answer the phone. I take a turn so that they understand, I go, I stand in line waiting, when the turn comes they take care of me without feeling like they ask me for my ID and they send my receipts by mail and that's all. Take longer in line and to top it off without a concrete answer, the person who attended me said send your receipts that we are going to "evaluate". I still have no answers. And they still don't answer the phone. With what they do, it already makes me understand that it is not good to be a customer of this bank.

  They do not say the hours of operation. They serve the public from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. I could not carry out my procedure. It was still crowded anyway, it would have taken a long, long time to see me.
