If you call by phone for 1/2 hour, touching buttons to tell you that a representative cannot assist me, both in the locality and on 0800, please make it easy for the customer to attend, so that going to the bank is only for what is necessary, otherwise do not put on the phone.   Attention ok, in the bank itself it leaves much to be desired, I could not do something as simple as activating a debit card and it came out that the new password was wrong despite being correct. To clear the key you have to go to the branch. Updates are needed, at Santander River bank you can clear your password directly from the app.

  When you are attended by a representative or boxes they are very attentive but the first line that is customer service really does not want to work ... 3 times the same girl speaks badly to you, she does not put effort into solving the problem !!! really leave the job to someone who wants to work.
