Beautiful cabins on the slopes of Cerro Chapelco, there is private surveillance before entering the property

Excellent cabins. Warm. Nice. And in an unbeatable place. We have gone in winter and from the cabin we went skiing towards the track. And in summer it is calm and allows good contact with nature.

The cabins are very good. They have very good heating and everything works. They are also comfortable and the distribution of the rooms makes them functional. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful.

The two points are for the cabin which is beautiful. The rest, somewhat misleading: firstly, the cabin is not 20' from San Martín de los Andes as the publication indicates, but 40'; half of that time it takes to climb the hill, on a gravel road, curve and counter-curve, so be careful with the car and if you are not sure when driving. On the other hand, the rental had personalized attention, internet and heating... well, all three failed. The heating never worked, so we had to move to another cabin, and the internet was interrupted for a week. The "personalized attention" was the man who rented us the cabin, who was in the federal capital, and who had no one in charge on the hill or in the city to come and solve those problems; He only attended us by phone without being able to solve anything. Suggestion: it would be important to have an employee in the complex, as they did have other cabins, in order to have someone direct to turn to. Oh! We also ran out of TV and cable. My brother-in-law was able to get them to lend him tools to fix the fault that was in the sockets.
