::We booked a cabin at the beginning of November to spend the end of the year and 10 days before they let us know that they "passed" a reservation and that they will not be able to receive us. So it took a month and a half to realize that little detail for They mean enormous damage to us, since at this point we are not going to find a cabin anywhere else due to the high demand, which is understandable. They gave us back the deposit (which corresponds) but they ruined the end of the year for us, a date that we have been planning for a long time and which is so important. They apologized but I think that an apology will not repair the damage caused by their alleged distraction.
