  Beautiful and comfortable Hotel, it belongs to the SUTNA union, it has an external and internal hot water pool, ideal to rest from everything, I was visiting there in December 2018, the week before Christmas, the town is very quiet.... .

  Beautiful hotel, it has its details but the attention is so friendly and familiar that it makes you forget the bad. Excellent food. Heated pool at a good temperature.

  Excellent attention from the manager and kitchen staff, maids. Very nice facilities, but more staff are needed for a more agile service.

  They take good care of you, they have many things, but it lacks maintenance and personnel. One night I waited 45 minutes to be asked what I was going to have for dinner. The cook also acts as a waitress and I noticed that those who "cleaned" the room only made the beds. They did not put out clean towels, they just folded the ones that had been left for us before. Nothing was ever wiped on the floor, and at least in my room, there wasn't even a floor rag in the bathroom to dry off after showering.
