  The skinny guy up front tells you one thing, you wait more than two hours for a turn to authorize a card and they tell you that you need a thousand more things than the guy up front tells you, a disaster wherever you look at it, the attention is terrible, they play with people's time. One hour to advance a number. One of the most inefficient branches I have visited.
