  3 hours to be served, there are about 4 boxes and they serve 2. With a shift taken a month ago they serve you at 2 hours (only to deliver a debit card)

  A disaster, more than 4 clock hours waiting to make a payment, I took out the number 11:33 and left at 3:40 p.m. and inside there were, easily, 20 more people waiting and most of them elderly. That branch is rubbish! Terrible service except for the police who are not to blame for anything and have to face claims and complaints.

  The service is unfortunate, the minimum waiting time is 1:30 hours to access the boxes, there are 6 positions for operations but only 2 of the 6 always work.
