::Casa de Uco is the perfect combination in between exquisite design, immemorable location and excellence in service. We had a superb stay and would go back in a heart bit. Woke up every day overlooking at the mountains that felt so close that we could almost touch them, the tranquil atmosphere and quality produce made breakfast time my favourite, sitting outside with nothing but the sound of birds under the warming sun of Mendoza followed did unique activities with very knowledgeable personnel. Can't really make my mind up on regards of which one was better, horse-riding in between the vines stopping to have a tasty Asado, cooking class using their incredible organic produce, the archery competition or the fabulous wine tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and every little special spot that we kept finding around every corner. The service was flawless, every detail was taken care of and we felt spoiled from minute one. In one word I would say it was unforgettable. Thank you Casa de Uco, we will never forget our time there.

::Nice building with beautifull surroundings. Rooms are great! Staff is friendly but overall incompetent in the art of serving food/wine (may be due to personell left during Covid).

::Fantastic hotel, excellent food, great activities. It’s such a pity they fall short on transportation. They do not have a shuttle to take you around the area, and a 5km taxi is $60. Airport transfer $190. Compare that to regular taxi fair of $35 and it really feels like they are knowingly taking advantage of their guests. Get this together and it’s a 5* experience.

::Overall we had a pleasant stay at Casa de Uco - the grounds and hotel are beautiful and well-maintained but I wouldn't recommend my friends to stay here. The reason for 3 starts is that the service and organization definitely need improvement. As one earlier review said, the hotel is a case of contradictions and I totally agree. When booking Casa de Uco, you will receive a welcome email from the staff including a long survey to complete. The survey asks questions like what types of wine you like, if you need help booking winery visits, etc. I'm still not sure why the email was sent because there was no personalization upon arrival or help with booking tours off-property. They will also send a PDF of the activities available during your stay. I scheduled the parrilla bbq, vineyard horseback ride and a wine tasting. We discovered the parrilla bbq is only offered on particular days of the week so we would miss out on this experience. Upon arrival we were told the there was 'a problem with the horses' so they cancelled our horseback ride and didn't offer to find a replacement activity and our wine tasting never happened even after we reminded them. The spa is beautiful and the food at the restaurant is excellent. The problem is that you need to reserve your spot at the restaurant and spa (even just to use the sauna) hours beforehand. When we discovered our horseback ride was cancelled, we went for a bike ride through the property. When we returned we asked for a 2-person table at the restaurant but there was no more availability. We agreed to sit on the couch by the fire for wine and appetizers, unfortunately, we waited 10 minutes without a single server approaching our table to help (even after calling their attention multiple times). We ended up leaving the hotel in search of lunch elsewhere which is not easy in that area. Another afternoon we returned from vineyard visits and tried to make a reservation at the hotel restaurant but they didn't have availability. A hotel like this should definitely ensure there is enough space for their own guests. Breakfast each morning is lovely especially while watching the sunrise over the vineyards but you will have to chase down the servers to get coffee. The serving staff while kind is highly unaware of the customers. The hotel and location are breathtaking but that alone is not worth the price - the service/organization can make or break the stay. A word of advice for the staff, ensure your guests have space to eat comfortably at the restaurant, have a back-up plan ready for guests in case plans change, and offer some personalization for their stay as the guests took time to complete the welcome survey.

::An intimate five-star international destination! Modern architecture, with many comfortable and thoughtful details. The staff were very polite and responsive. Incredible vistas of the mountains and Uco valley. Best sunset and sunrise. Amazing and exclusive. A must for anyone traveling to Mendoza!
