  The truth is that the professionals, Dr. Stillman, Dr. Fusco, all of them are excellent. You can go without a shift and for emergencies it is basic and very good. But when you're in treatment and want to consult something, there's no way they can answer the phone. I have seen the receptionists chatting and I did not hear any phone ringing, what do I have to interpret. They take time to give you your turn and long lines form. There are people who get angry about what they charge and it doesn't seem reasonable to me because they are worth it. I have language and I still have to pay for any benefit in any specialty.
