  The "driver" (if he can be called that) of this ambulance on 11/5/20 does not know about traffic rules or road safety. He came in the west access crossing lanes to exit through Dolores Pratt, crossing in front of me who was coming from his right and along the lane just to exit. He did it a few meters before that is not in advance, put the turn and crossed without caring who was coming. I honked my horn, made lights, but neither saw nor heard, so consider the personnel they put to drive their ambulances. To act dangerous and reckless.
