  Very poor shift management. Make an appointment for 1:40 p.m. for a routine preventive exam (doppler and ergometry). I arrived and was made to wait half an hour at the check-in desk. Once they attended to me, they sent me to wait on the first floor where, after another half hour of waiting, they did my stress test (the professional who did it was very kind). And just at 4 in the afternoon (2 hours and 20 after my shift) they attended me to do the doppler (also very kind). So now you know, if you have to get a routine checkup at Pilar's deragopyan, ask for at least half a day at work.

  Es una vergüenza y un despropósito como atienden, en realidad como desatienden y maltratan a quienes utilizamos su servicio. En este caso mí hija se trasladó desde Tortuguitas a Pilar xq en Del Visó le dijeron que la Dra. Yané ahora solo atiende ahí, sacó su turno con tiempo organizó su día con permiso laboral y al llegar a Deragopian Pilar le dicen que la "Dra" NO VINO! y nunca le avisaron, lo peor es que esta es la segunda vez que le sucede, tienen su ficha, su celular, wassap y no fueron capaces de evitar un traslado innecesario, pérdida de tiempo, dinero, etc. La quisieron derivar a otro Médico con 15 pacientes en espera, cosa imposible ya que no le dan el tiempo x su trabajo! Una desidia y maltrato increíble de todo el personal administrativo y también de algunas/os "Dres" que quieren abarcar tanto que terminan desatendiendo todo. Eso sí...de mandarte las felicitaciones para tu cumple no se olvidan, se ve que el algoritmo x lo menos le funciona! Dejen el marketing de lado y atiendan a la gente como corresponde.Dejan mucho que desear! ZQ

  The administrative process of reception and collection is very slow. I arrived 20 min before my shift. After 40 min we finished the administrative and 60 min later they called me for my MRI study. Total 1 hour 40 min of waiting.

  The reception of some is terrible, such as Nadia Gomez, who just when she had to attend to me told me, "wait, I'm just doing something else", if she is doing something else, why is she in reception of priority patients? Some other receptionists are polite and friendly and guide everyone, if they are going to call patients through the speakers they should improve the sound because it is very bad, nothing is understood. Shift schedules are not respected, usually between 30 and 40 minutes pass the shift.
