  They give you a shift for a schedule and the delay to register is 50 minutes, not only that doctors who do not know where to go when you are having a general check-up, 40 minutes waiting in the wrong place, but I go in to ask if they are calling no Nobody attends to you, once when they tell you where to go, you go and they tell you that you have to wait that it is not a problem in that area, very poor coordination. The patient's/client's time also counts.

  Very poor shift management. Make an appointment for 1:40 p.m. for a routine preventive exam (doppler and ergometry). I arrived and was made to wait half an hour at the check-in desk. Once they attended to me, they sent me to wait on the first floor where, after another half hour of waiting, they did my stress test (the professional who did it was very kind). And just at 4 in the afternoon (2 hours and 20 after my shift) they attended me to do the doppler. So now you know, if you have to get a routine checkup at Pilar's deragopyan, ask for at least half a day at work.

  A disaster. First and last time I come. Organized as a public clinic. Nobody knows anything. The incomplete medical check-ups are compared with Maipu Diagnosis or the Favaloro Foundation. To draw your blood, half an hour in line outside, dying of cold. I prefer the public hospital in Pilar, there are fewer people.

  The first time I walked in with my boyfriend to ask the receptionist for the number, I suffered from DISCRIMINATION. The receptionist looked me up and down and told me "the companions are waiting outside" and the couple who came behind us (the man with JOGINETTA AND OLD T-SHIRT) let them both enter and wait inside sitting down and without getting shitty in the sun! !!! (Only the mine was attended) I leave a photo of the "row of companions outside shitting themselves with heat"

  Good morning ☺️, they treated me very well and they comply with the rules of care to avoid the contagion of Covid, they attend well from the gentleman who takes your temperature at the door and gives you your turn, to the administrators who charge you and the professionals they serve.
