::Package that goes through Mercedes, package that stays in Mercedes. Dispatch a free market sale on January 6. It arrived at Mercedes on 01/12 and there it stayed. Today January 21!!!!!!!!!!!! still there. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Mercado Libre is going to return the money to the buyer and my package is fine, thanks! LOST MERCHANDISE!!! Now I have another package from 01/20 that also goes through that branch, also stranded there. BRANCH DISASTER!! If before February 1 it did not arrive ..... we will see what I do

::They say that there can only be 2 people waiting in line inside and at busier times there are always more than 4. I sent a registered letter (not cheap) to make sure it arrives safely. The envelope arrived all torn and things were missing from inside. When I went to the branch to ask for a claim form and explain the situation, one of the employees started firing question after question at me as if I was the one to blame for the breakage and theft of the envelope, instead of the victim. He made a barbaric scandal that seemed taken from a soap opera instead of giving me the blessed form, which was the only thing he had to do. He treated me by pretending to be superior, saying that I didn't know anything when in reality, after so many problems, my experience on the subject of claims is (unfortunately) quite extensive. Disastrous.
