  Disgusting... before it was better organized. They all get together in the same row. If you want to take or withdraw something from MercadoLibre you have to wait a block in line. Being that it is only receiving or delivering a package quickly... you have to spend more than an hour waiting behind the people who are going to do more extensive procedures.

  Although the "new" branch is looking very good, unfortunately, the staff that attends it gives a lot to talk about, especially the one that measures 1.50m with the face of a grumpy Smurf. I hope they make this person reconsider so that the sending or receiving of parcels is a pleasant experience.

  The worst email without a doubt. First I paid because my delivery arrived at home, "they say they passed and there was no one" . They left me the paper that I had to go get it at the post office when they only passed ONCE. They mark you that more than one passed and it is a lie. Then you go and have to wait two hours outside to pick it up because there are only two people attending... Disgusting.
