  When the security man entered, he would not let me enter because I did not belong to the Municipality with my Lady, we entered the same as the Guard and we asked, the Lady Very Kindly informed us that the attention by guard or emergencies in all the Municipal Hospitals are Free and Obligatory. They treated us very well without problems, very friendly. I clarify the Emergencies have a certain color according to the evaluation of the nurse. According to the severity, they are attended to, no matter the order of arrival.

  Complete crap, the pediatric guard for an hour waiting for a pediatrician to attend to my 4-year-old boy who has severe pain in his belly and is vomiting and none of them seemed to be the only attention of the nurses who could do nothing more than to do enter a box and listen to my son's cries and complaints. I went in around 5:40am and left at 6:40am without any attention from any pediatrician. 09/07/2022. Why are they doctors if they don't want to attend to patients?

  I was attended by a woman of about 40 years old, with brown hair, I don't know her name, but the attention was terrible!!! He speaks badly to you, not a thank you, total bad manners!! It is not understood where they get receptionists like this woman!! A disgusting deal… I hope someone does something about it. I rescue the attention of the doctor who was fast and polite, that's why I put 2 stars.

  No one treats you well, no one knows anything, they tell you, wait for me, the doctor is coming and you can spend 3 hours without anyone having an answer, and it's not the first or second time I've gone for an emergency.
