  Excellent staff attention. The hotel lacks investment and maintenance. The shower water was cold. Very good location. The rate is not high but for the little maintenance it has, it is too much. In addition, with little maintenance and the lack of hot water, at least they should not charge for hot water.

  Excellent attention, cleanliness well, normal breakfast !! So the owner and employees are all friendly !! Very good pedestrian and beach location. Keep your stuff in the fridge! I would stay again

  And I continue. They give you the pillows all dirty and they don't even sweep because there is a paper of cookies under the bed since we arrived and they are not able to notice. I'm not complaining about the staff, but how hard is it to put care into keeping a bed in good condition, for example? Guests are supposed to feel comfortable and clean

  Simple hotel, very friendly in attention. We used a double room that was on the ground floor, near the reception, so during the morning (from 8:00 am) when the movement of people began, you could hear a lot and sleeping was too hard. Breakfast included in the rate (coffee, milk or infusions with croissants, toast, butter, jam, cream cheese and dulce de leche). It does not have a garage, in our case we left the car outside since the area is quiet, although it is difficult to find parking. The location of the hotel is excellent (close to both the beach and the pedestrian area). One of the things that did not seem correct to me is that they charge for hot water ($50), I consider that as a guest of the hotel, the hot water for the thermos should be given to you free of charge.
