  Price-Quality OK. The only hotel in Necochea with a reasonable price. One block from the beach, the wi fi was perfect, the rooms are old like any two-star hotel, if you want luxury go to a five. The shower water came out hot. We were very comfortable and the attention was friendly.

  Excellent atention. Preferential location, very close to the beach and the pedestrian. In my case, I am celiac. And I have had toast made from apt bread at every breakfast. Jam, cream cheese, butter, dulce de leche, coffee, milk, yogurt... all suitable, without tac. I would go back. We already stayed 2 times in this hotel. Family atmosphere.

  I really don't know how to start. Many years I visited the hotel (previous owners) although it is a 2-star hotel, never expect luxuries (if comforts) than with the previous owners if I received it !! This year I returned to the hotel (new owners!!)... The truth is that I never had a bad time in a place, the only thing that is good is the location. The treatment of the OWNER, horrible, does not accept criticism (actually several, but only one I got to tell her and I realized that you cannot talk! Being the owner of my own business, every time a client said something to me, she takes it As a piece of advice to improve, obviously you can't please everyone, but you can listen to them!!, which I did not receive from this lady (owner). I'm going to tell you, the shower doesn't work (much less the hot water)... A fine trickle literally came out... All covered. The bathroom was refilled, you had to leave the dirty towels in the bidet for the change (there were posters with the norm) and when I complained about that, she told me that if I had not asked for them, clearly not, I read the carted and I see that in a way they are handled The sheets were not changed, the room was never swept, the smell of confinement, the expired mattresses... The breakfast with old toast, the girl who served it was alone and she went too far, you asked her for something and she answered wrong. It's really a shame... But we will never return, a hotel as familiar as it was... now far from that...

  I would put less but it won't let me. The truth is that a horrible place, the rooms were never cleaned, only the bed was made and the last day we were without sheets all day, the place was neglected, the shower in the bathroom was fixed with a tape, next to the bed there were a broken electrical box and had all the wires out, we could never connect to the wifi and the other tenants couldn't either. Honestly, I don't recommend them at all. The only positive side is it is one block from the sea
