  They do not answer any of the phones they report. The person who answers whatsapp does not know what the hotel is about. He could not give me the characteristics of the room that was available, nor tell me how to locate the photos on the web. Zero disposition for attention. Responds incompletely, curtly, and in a rude way, like "I repeat no." His attitude is disgusting. In addition, all the references that he gave to locate the room on the web were incorrect, I had to send him a photo of the page itself and even so, I could never find out which room was available... In those few minutes he said that the last room he had It was left (which I could never know) had already been reserved on the web !!!!!!!!! A REAL TAKEN OF HAIR. Every year I go to Chasco, several times, and I have been in hotels like the Howard, apartments, cabins, and even two-star hotels. But I never had a character this embarrassing. IF SOMEONE FROM THE HOTEL READS THIS, THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THE WHATSAPP IS A RUDE SUBJECT WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM DISPOSITION TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.

  Cheap hotel for the area. It has a garage. Service according to the value you pay. Box spring beds. Of old construction.

  We booked and when we arrived they said they had the wrong date and they didn't have the room available!! Owner and son never appeared capos!!

  Excellent location and attention. For the price everything is excellent. If you are a person who values ​​the details of attention and kindness before luxury, it is good that you choose this place. I went to a room alone, I was super comfortable, the heating was excellent, the service was the same. I was able to work with the computer using WiFi without problems. The people who work there are really nice. All the negative comments I read were not fulfilled at all. So live your own experience and trust those of us who are local guide 😉.
