Responds incompletely, curtly, and in a rude way, like "I repeat no." His attitude is disgusting. In addition, all the references that he gave to locate the room on the web were incorrect, I had to send him a photo of the page itself and even so, I could never find out which room was available... In those few minutes he said that the last room he had It was left (which I could never know) had already been reserved on the web !!!!!!!!! A REAL TAKEN OF HAIR. Every year I go to Chasco, several times, and I have been in hotels like the Howard, apartments, cabins, and even two-star hotels. But I never had a character this embarrassing. IF SOMEONE FROM THE HOTEL READS THIS, THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THE WHATSAPP IS A RUDE SUBJECT WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM DISPOSITION TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
