::Hotel located in the heart of the city, it is close to the pedestrian and other attractions. The infrastructure of the place is nice, well maintained. We got room 107: small, difficult to move in there. It was clean and the bathroom too. We arrived in the afternoon and a very rude, poorly conceived lady attended us, nor did she tell us where the room was. Such was the bad vibes that we canceled the reservation. Simple breakfast. They serve it to you at the table, a very attentive lady. The hotel does not have ramp access. I would not return due to the AWFUL service
