  The worst hotel, unreliable, they make your reservation and you arrive and they tell you that they canceled it because they called you when you were in the middle of the flight and you did not answer. Then you lost the reservation and they give you no other solution than to tell you YOUR reservation was canceled because you didn't answer the phone! They are irresponsible tough guys. To sleep in the street. Useless.

  Hotel located in the heart of the city, it is close to the pedestrian and other attractions. The infrastructure of the place is nice, well maintained. We got room 107: small, difficult to move in there. It was clean and the bathroom too. We arrived in the afternoon and a very rude, poorly conceived lady attended us, nor did she tell us where the room was. Such was the bad vibes that we canceled the reservation. Simple breakfast. They serve it to you at the table, a very attentive lady. The hotel does not have ramp access. I would not return due to the AWFUL service

  The lady who received us seemed mute, she answered my questions with her head or noises with her mouth. The man of the night when I went to complain that there was a lot of cigarette smell told me that he could not do anything that I would go to another place last (0.20 pm) rude. The cleaning girls and the lady who served breakfast very friendly. Scarce and old breakfast (reheated half moons) I WILL NEVER COME BACK

  The cleanliness is very good, the room is correct and the breakfast is basic but very rich. Very friendly staff. Wi-Fi signal without problems. The services are according to the price.

  The excellent rooms. The location very well. The breakfast, delicious and the lady who serves it, very friendly also the lady who does the rooms. Unfortunately, the lady who does the check in and the night watchman, little know or care about the treatment of the guest. They ruin everything. I wanted to talk to Ana about it, but she didn't stop talking on the phone (when we were leaving), so we couldn't say goodbye properly.
