::Staff poor. Not friendly. Front desk worker used his bare hands to grab food from the breakfast buffet. Of all people, he should know better. It’s covid 19 and they should not even have a buffet but since they do, please use utensils provided! The room was very outdated. The hairdryer must be 60 years old. Overall not at all impressed. Not worth your money! Stay at Hotel Albertina. Amazing service! Amazing breakfast! Newly remodeled. Half the price!

::Everything ok with this hotel except the beds. mattresses or the spring box needed to either be checked out or changed. something was wrong with it. Still not that a discomfort, only stayed a day. Friendly staff, great rooms.
