  Very bad experience, they booked me and after 2 weeks they called me to cancel. The reason? They booked my room wrong and the days were supposed to be reserved for all rooms. So I couldn't go to the hotel and they didn't offer me alternatives either because it was all booked up. I do not recommend it.

  The place is very nice and clean. Modern. The price is fine. The good thing about its location is that it is close to everything, which makes it convenient.

  Excellent hotel chain that offers the local or foreign passenger excellent attention and service. Very good value for money since it is located in front of Plaza 25 de Mayo, that is, at kilometer zero of the city of San Juan.   A few months ago I could say that it was a beautiful lodging, but I went this week THE WORK STAFF IS NOT THE SAME, THE GIRLS A BAD HUMOR THE ROOM WAS CLEANED FOR ME A DAY LATER, THE BATHROOM WAS FLOODED THE TV CONTROL THE TWO WHO THEY GAVE ME THEY DID NOT WORK A DISASTER EVERYTHING!!! The only thing I get good is the friendliness of the guy who has been working there for a long time.

  Basic but clean and comfortable hotel just off the main square. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only complaint is a noisy lift that vibrates the building and has manual doors that slam loudly and can disturb sleep.
