  To be able to access a shift you need 2 months in advance. They make you wait a long time even if you have an appointment because they offer about appointments and they take care of them without caring or respecting the patient with an appointment.

  It is impossible to get a shift by calling because THEY DON'T ATTEND IT, you approach it and it's full of people to be attended or to request an appointment, with a whatsapp I would solve this a bit...

  Terrible attention from the morning shift secretary, bad treatment with people, lack of good manners and no empathy with the patients who had been waiting for more than 3 hours. Poor organization of shifts, in times like these and in reality at any time doctors have to be punctual, Dr. Tolchinsky had more than 5 patients waiting in a room where protocol was not respected; I wanted to leave the door open and the secretary rudely told me to close it, there was no ventilation at all. The truth is a shame that health center, unpunctual, disrespectful and irresponsible, and above all violating the protocols.

  In times of pandemic, a way to better organize the doctors' agenda should be sought, the wait was always long at least pre-pandemic was expected inside, it is inconsiderate that they attend you 1 hour and a half after the agreed time and waiting outside in winter time. The attention of the secretary is very good for that reason the 3 stars.
