    It is completely useless to take a previous shift before coming. They gave 50 people the same shift schedule to attend the cardiology center. 2 hours waiting to be booked. A mockery. Poorly managed shifts and attention times. Perhaps you come without an appointment and they serve you first than another person who took the trouble to reserve an appointment.

    Yesterday, 08/24, Dr.Nicolas Vivas Boc-home performed a knee arthroscopy. From the first time he attended me he was very kind and explanatory with everything. First he sent me to do the studies to find out why my knee hurt, then he gave me the diagnosis of meniscus tear (the medical term is longer but I leave it expressed as I remember it). Before the surgery, he explained everything to me in detail, and post-surgery as well, with patience and answering all my questions. I always took appointments through WhatsApp and luckily they always gave me promptly (no, I didn't have to wait months for an appointment as happens in other places), this meant that I could immediately get to the surgery without major administrative complications. I also highlight the attention of the reception girls and the admission boy who unfortunately I don't know his name, but he is in box 2, and he is very kind to attend. Of course I make a special mention, first to Dr. Vivas who for me is a genius and I highly recommend him. To the team that was with him in surgery: • Anesthesiologist: Dr. Ortiz. • Instrumentation: Marisa. •Nurse: Nancy. The 3 divine ones that all the time made me feel super comfortable. Thank you! Sebastian, the nurse who gave me the serum and on top of that he couldn't find my veins, poor thing, he had to fight to find one hahaha. I also can't stop thanking the nurses: Ornela (received me at 6:30 and controlled me prior to surgery) Flavia (took me and controlled me after surgery) super loving😊 Stretcher bearers: Cristian and Alejandro. I don't remember which one took me to the operating room and which one took me to the room, but they were just as cool as the rest. The stretcher bearer who took me in the wheelchair to the very door of the taxi, taking care that I didn't fall due to dizziness, I don't know his name either, but I also thank him. Another special mention for the kitchen team because everything is really delicious. A shout out to the cleaning crew. And my thanks to the nurses on the afternoon shift and to the patient who took the serum out of me and checked me out before I left. In the hours that I was, I could see the treatment they gave my two roommates. First to a lady who had come out of surgery and was leaving (the doctor who operated on her explained everything very calmly and clearly) and then the older lady who was admitted with a broken wrist. The latter was seen by an anesthesiologist and he explained everything to her with total patience and love. I think I do not forget anyone, THANK YOU for so much professional and human warmth. It was a pleasure to have been there for 12 hours because they treated me incredible. Marina Diaz Prieto, patient in room 113. ❤️

    I had to have an abdominal MRI with contrast. I came from a very bad experience due to mistreatment from another place, so I was quite afraid of the shift. Upon entering I spoke with the technician and told her about the fear, she with all the love in the world explained to me how she was going to do the study and I look for alternatives so that she does not have a bad time. Example of empathy and love. I would go back without a doubt to do the same study.
